I picked up exactly 20 horror DVDs from a Dollar Tree in Charlotte NC last week...
Horror Hotel / Crypt Of Horror (HH was in widescreen, decent print)
Blood Thirst / Castle Of Blood (COB was FF, but a VG print)
Hatchet For The Honeymoon / Die Sister Die (good print of HFTH)
Fangs Of The Living Dead / Night Of The Living Dead (FOTLD was a good find!)
Moon Of The Wolf / Dr, Jekyll Vs. The Werewolf
Revolt Of The Zombies / Vengeance Of The Zombies
Snake People / Stanley (this was a nice surprise)
Dungeon Of Harrow / It Happened At Nightmare Inn
Night Of The Bloody Horror / Good Against Evil
Circus Of Fear / Carnival Of Souls
Night Fright / Sisters Of Death
Murder Mansion / How Awful About Allan
Snowbeast / Curse of The Swamp Creatures
The Ape Man / The Ape (the only one of these I regret buying)
Devil Bat / Phantom Creeps (BAD print of PC, same as Alpha's)
Invisible Ghost / The Ghost Walks
I Eat Your Skin / Scared To Death
Ring Of Terror / The Terror
The Devil's Messenger / Enter The Devil
Buried Alive / I Bury The Living
I suppose a fair number of these are the usual PD suspects, but there were some good finds to be had, which I've noted above---I find it amusing that I would have ignored all of these if they'd been in cardboard cases, but dive into them with two greedy hands when they come in an actual DVD case, slim or regular amaray...
Anyway, hope this helps. I bought one of EVERY title I saw, and they were located with the other seasonal Halloween merchandise at my local Dollar Tree.

I saw and bought all of those and a couple more that I can't readily recall the names of. From my experience in checking several stores, they each varied from having no double features in the keep cases and just having like old Hitchcock things in the little cardboard sleeves to having about 20 of the horror dvds or more.
I also went to a dollar store called "DEALS" and got a double feature of Torture Chamber (a.k.a. Castle of the Walking Dead) and Dracula and His Vampire Brides (which I think is an alternate title for Satanic Rites of Dracula). They're both Christopher Lee flicks.
Also, for $5.50 Walmart has about half a dozen new 9 movie sets of horror films on 3 discs and actually have a few bonus features like mini-featurettes and old classic trailers. They feature a lot of the same public domain horror flicks, but they also have a bunch of other titles like Deep Red: Hatchet Murders, House By The Cemetary, Gothic, Pieces, Kill Baby Kill, etc.

Yeah, I picked up a couple 4 movie sets and one 5 movie set at Deals while I was there. Unfortunately there are no Deals around where I live, so I had to do it while on vacation.
