10% off week at DDD Outlet store in Itasca, IL
I was just in the DDD outlet store in Itasca, IL and apparently they are doing a 10% off sale this week. I don't really know the details, but it should go through the end of the week. Not sure if it works on stuff that you reserve from the warehouse or not, but you could call and see. Saw they had Crime Story Season 1 & 2 for under $20 each, plus 10% off, plus $10 rebate from Anchor Bay makes those pretty cheap. For people in the Chicago area, might want to check it out.

The outlet store is on 900 N. Rohlwing Rd (or Route 53) in Itasca just north of Irving Park Road, and just off of 355 (actually 290). It's in a commercial district, and the building is "Infinity Resources". (there's a Citgo/7-11 {i think, a gas station anyways} right near the entrance) I'm pretty sure their hours are 10AM-7PM M-F, and they're open til 3PM on Saturday. Closed sunday.
It's a relatively small store - but they carry a lot of DVDs - and you can go in there before 1:30 or something and ask them to pull titles from the warehouse (which is immense) - again, not sure if those are included in this 10% off sale. And I didn't really see any signs, just heard them mention it, so you might wanna ask them about it.

"Does anyone know if you can go into their store during their "infamous bi-annual sale that we can't mention" and get the discount?"
The short answer is no, or at least I should say during the last sale the answer was no.

I think the outlet may sell things that have become unavailable at their website. Last year some folks got various Warner Brothers' collector's gift box (Perfect Storm, ...) on clearance for dirt cheap.

I went earlier today (only a 15 minute drive from where I live). It's not worth driving a great distance to as the store is pretty small and doesn't have a particularly large immediate selection. I picked up Tetsuo: The Iron Man for a total of $14.39. The 10% discount is automatic.

Last time I was at the store, I was very unimpressed by the size (20'x20' or so), selection (lots of B titles) and price (msrp)
