Question about Universal TV rebate

I bought Knight Rider Season 1&2 and there is a mail-in rebate form.
They require original proof of purchase tabs but there is nothing like that in season one box set. (Of course there is in season 2)
Is there any one who can help me to solve this problem?

Yeah I noticed the same thing. I actually forgot about this, was thinking about contacting Universal Customer Service. When does this expire by the way?

edit: I've submitted a question to Universal Customer Service. Hopefully they respond soon.

I got a response from Universal (very quick!):

Thank you for contacting us regarding our "Famous Fast Cars" rebate promotion.

The "Knight Rider Season 1" DVD package does not include a proof of purchase tab. Please write the DVD Selection Number found on your "Knight Rider Season 1" package spine on a small piece of paper, and attach it to your Rebate form in place of the tab. Also, send your original sales receipt(s) as outlined on the rebate certificate. Please see rebate certificate for other requirements.

We appreciate your patronage and hope that you will continue to enjoy Universal releases.
