I sent in my rebate form for $50 off when you purchased 6 Friends sets (or any of the sets from the list) about 2 months ago at least and haven't gotten my rebate yet, or gotten an email about it or anything. Has anyone gotten this yet, or am I too early in asking? Just wanna make sure something didn't happen to it if other people got theirs a long time ago.

I called literally yesterday... they said it got mailed out on the 19th but its not here yet and Im gonna call again next week to see if it really got mailed if its still not here.

The listed # is 866-488-4640. They picked up quick and were able to find my account just as quick..... no real hassles other than the fact that I had to call.

I called and got the same exact response. It was mailed last Thursday...so i thought I had lost it in the mail (Grand Rapids to Cleveland couldn't be more than 3 days USPS.)

I haven't got this rebate or the Warner Animated Series rebate either. I'll have to call sometime...

I guess I'll wait another week or so before I call if they were mailed recently. Good to know that calling will only take a minute or two if I need to.

I called tonight too and they told me the 19th. Because they mail them out in bulk, they might not arrive for two weeks afterwards. The woman said that if I didn't have it after a month, then they would re-mail it.

Yes, definitely call. It seems to me like they almost wait for you to call, hoping you won't and they'll never have to send the $$$. Twice before, I waited for the $10 rebates, called to check (very nice and quick on the phone), and the checks showed up within a week or 2 of calling.

Same here. Still waiting for the Animated Rebate as well.

I asked about the animated rebate, and apparently, they were swapped and said it would be another 2-3 weeks before they processed/mailed mine (tho they did receive it and have a record).

So anyone have any luck yet? I guess I'll call in on Monday and check on mine.

mine came last week. doesn't hurt to call to make sure they got your submission in the first place.
