I thought it was 20% total order ... that combined with the 4/5 would've been sweet for lower-priced CCs.

Any math wiz know how good of a deal the 4/5 makes CCs? I know the 3/4 they had awhile back had each one coming out to 17 bucks I think.

Well, logically "buy 4, get 1 free" is not as a good a deal as "buy 3, get 1 free" since the more units necessary to purchase, the higher the overall cost of the "free" one. For example, a deal of "buy 1, get 1 free" would be best of all since the cost of each unit would be half of the cost of one. "Buy 2, get 1 free" would increase the cost of each to two thirds of the cost of one, and so one (assuming each was about the same price). So the more units required to purchase to get the deal increases the overall cost by a proportional ratio.

Given the variable price of CC's and the requirement that the "freebie" being the lowest priced unit of those being purchased, you can obviously get different results depending on which titles you select. The best deal is always obtained by selecting titles that are relatively closely priced to one another.

Ummm, B4G1F is the same as 20 percent off. Assuming they are all the same price.

The good thing with the B4G1F is that you can combine items. So I can buy several DVDs and a couple of books i've been meaning to get.

You guys finding any DVDs worth getting at your Borders? I've found some old stuff that just sits there because they're way too expensive for any sane person to buy (like the Rambo trilogy metal case), but even with the coupon they're quite pricey.

I was considering picking up a couple of the Doctor Who DVDs at Borders with this coupon...comes out to $20, which is comparable to getting them from Amazon (+ shipping).

Thanks. There's a new hard cover book I'm interested in.
