Did everyone who got an email get the code BLOWOUT? They only allow people who were previously registered to use it?

Was it Lost in Space and Family Guy? After I checked out I got two items stuck in my cart and couldn't get them out. I've ordered from Foxstore.com before with no problems and everything seems kosher except for those two mysterious box sets that I couldn't delete (AFTER I made my order).

That aside, did anyone notice an expiration date for this sale?

How do you get the free boxset to work? I got $200 worth of stuff in my cart, and it says "Get a FREE movie up to $75 in value right now!" but it doesn't say how. I tried adding Alien Quadrilogy after that, and it didn't take off anything.

Dude, I paid more than that for all 9 seasons of the X-Files ALONE -- and I bought them off of eBay. If you have the money I wouldn't hesitate because I don't see a better deal coming EVER. Right now I wish I had waited before buying ALL of the X-Files seasons, ALL of the Buffy seasons, ALL of the Angel seasons, etc... DAMN YOU!!! DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!!!! But please keep the sales coming

ok, it can only be an item under 75 bucks (and the stuff they don't allow..star wars/etc) ..search for what you want ..click the item to view the description ..don't click add to cart.. you'll see a little gift box icon that says something like "you qualify for a free dvd" or something..click it...also it appears you can get the free dvd as long as your order is over 200 before discount..which would be a glitch..technically..which they may fix ..so..get em in quick!

It's very simple. Once you get that message, "Get a FREE movie up to $75 in value right now," simply search for the item. When the search reveals the item you want click on the picture, DO NOT ADD IT TO THE CART. Once the detailed info page comes up you'll see a little gift icon next to the picture on the top and some message like, "add free gift to cart." Click on that package. This adds the item to your cart for FREE!! Great deal, huh?!?!

I got:
1 of: Sideways (DVD)
1 of: Futurama: Volume 4 (DVD)
1 of: Shield: Season 3 (DVD)
1 of: Shield, The - Season Two (DVD)
1 of: Master and Commander: The Far Side Of The World (Collector's Edition) (DVD)
1 of: Greg the Bunny (DVD)
1 of: Alien Quadrilogy (DVD)

for $106 Shipped. A great deal!

The coupon expires, I believe, 05/09.

To get the free DVD to work:
After you get $199 of stuff in your cart (or accrued, depending), you must go to the item information for the item you want to add (likely the Alien Quadrilogy). On that page, there will be a little red gift box to click. Adding it directly to your cart won't work.

Got yah, thanks. I was trying to directly add to cart, instead of clicking on the actual link for the title.

Yep, me and Pilot got them I want Family Guy, but Lost in Space you can have. We all know how the DDD site gets when a 20% sale comes around...WE'RE TALKING ABOUT A 50% SALE!!! A little weirdness is to be expected. Given that some of the prices are higher than DDD's normal prices, but others are very, very close and the 50% off simply tips the scale way over. I can honestly say that I will not be buying anything at the 20% DDD sale. This 50% off sale MADE me buy plenty of stuff I NEEDED and the only stuff I NEED now is some Criterion DVDs -- which aren't going anywhere so I will wait until my credit card cools down and stay away from the supposedly upcoming DDD 20% off sale. Has this sale cooled anyone else's NEED for a 20% off DDD sale? Just curious since there's a new thread about every two weeks wondering when the next DDD 20% off sale is?

This coupon can only be used once per person. I tried going back to get additional DVDs but it said I had already used it. Just an FYI.

No, because I wasn't signed up for foxstore prior to the coupon, and therefore, did not get to use it.
