They will if you ask them to. The Alien Quadrilogy set they sent me was smashed to hell. When I told them about it they let me know that they would replace it once I shipped it back to them. I replied saying it was garbage that I would have to pay for their mistake and this was the email I got back:

Hello,

Please return the damaged DVD boxsets and we will reimburse you for the postage when the defective arrives. We apologize fir[sic] the inconvenience this may have caused.
