I have a few box sets I'd like to order. If anyone wants to drop me a code, let me know. I'll send them a new horror DVD too (something decent).

My email address is in my signature.
Thanks in advance.

IF anyone has a spare code, I would definitely make use of it....

Thanks much.
I am trying to get the farscape set season 4 and the greatest american heros 1 & 2....the farscapes are always way overpriced everywhere, and they (DDD) actually beat best buys price (who never has them except online (no thanks not worth hassle) and 10% off that would make it almost perfect.....
pretty please? I am looking for a good excuse to order them....

That sounds really messedup, they played a lottery for the coupons? starting to sound like they re taking a page from best buy.....us demon customers.....argh. Was worth a try, though, brett.

How exactly is DDD making you a demon customer? The coupon was supposed to be targeted at customers that haven't purchased from DDD in a while. It wasn't meant for customers who are currently purchasing DVDs from them. Now you may have a legitimate gripe if you were in the targeted group but didn't get a coupon. However if DDD thinks the promotion was successful they may decide to issue coupons to other customers that haven't made any recent purchases the next time. And to my recollection they are so far running 20% sales twice a year, and other promotions that are open to everyone else. That really doesn't appear to be demonizing any customers to me.

More of a generalization really. Demon (sorry, devil) customers reference meant as in they are picking and choosing who they give discounts too (or random as it seems) and yes, I havent ordered from them in a while, and would if they did more promotions, probably. Brett asked if he could get a code, and they say they dont have access to them....that is weak. I would be willing to order 130 plus worth of stuff, but am holding out to see if I can get a code.....might even wait until the next big 20%er that you mentioned, even, if I cant get one.

I've got a code, but I can't use it!! There's no spot in the order form to input it. Wrote to DDD and they replied
When you click on the icon " buy now" it brings you to your shopping cart where you can also choose what method of shipping
Under the shipping methods there will be a space where you can enter the promotion code. You enter
the code and then click on the "submit code" tab
No joy...no such box, line etc. appears. I reset my I E security to nothing and still no box. Any ideas?

Thanks, Phil

Did you try clearing your cookies and history files? If that doesn't work try using a different browser other than IE.
