It appears the deal is dead since the link no longer has the DVD title.

Also, I don't have any record of it in my "Orders" section.....anyone get cancel confirmation? I recall that last time during the 20% sale, they cancelled my order due to my credit card being full, and didn't send me an email for like three days [of course, after the sale had expired.]
They still have the disk, but it's now 11.99.
When I placed the original order, I got a popup advertising it for 1.99, so it wasn't just a typo/price mistake.

My order is still in my account and is also listed as shipped. But the title name was removed for some reason from the order history.

Placed mine on the 28th, got the first email, but never a second one with an order number. On their site, it did not show in my order status. So I called, and they said the item number was discontinued, and it now had a new item number, so she honored the 1.99 price and placed a new order over the phone. Might want to give that a shot.

The "item number" was discontinued? What the hell does that mean?
I'm in the same boat, got order acceptance, didn't get order confirmation [or whatever the second email is].
Now it's showing as 5.99. I don't know if i feel like bothering with calling them up about this, plus I don't have my email confirmation here at work.

Had to call in to have the order reinstated (seemed to have disappeared from the order status) They were gracious enough to reinstate it at the $1.99 price without much problem.

Other sites should learn from them

I called and was told that the website was wrong and that the title was discontinued. The CSR seemed to know about the issue (she recognized the title right away), so I'm inclined to believe her, but something still doesn't seem quite right.

Its odd it was discontinued or a mistake because as I was checking out a big popup advertising it for 1.99 came up. Its not even in my order history, but no biggie.

The same DVD title is available with a new link if you check above. I don't think it was discontinued as the CSR stated. It was obviously a pricing error but DDD is using the discontinue story to get out of honoring orders that were cancelled.

By the way it now appears the price has been dropped from $11.99 to $5.99.
