I have about a 10 year old B & W 200watt passive sub-woofer that still sounds great! Why upgrade??

Got mine today.Thanks to OP.
The envelope says it comes from Germany(Frankfurt).
The enclosed letter says Sussex,England.
So it's from somewhere....
