All 3 Fox Film Noir $17.99 at Costco!

I expected these to be $8.99 a piece at Costco, but they didn't have them individually. Much to my pleasure though, they had a boxset with all 3 (Laura, Call Northside 777, Panic in the Streets) for only $17.99. Excellent deal!

Is this just a Costco box set or is it available other places?

Is this a box set proper or one of those Costco polypacks?

I believe the latter. It's not a true 'boxset', but rather all three put into one of those paper boxes. I presume Sam's and BJ's will have the same thing.

I'd also like to know if anyone has seen this at Sam's. That's a fantastic deal, so I hope so.

No, it's just the three individual releases packaged in an old-fashion long box (like most of Costco's new-release DVDs.) And for you "resellers", each disc is separately wrapped, but the UPCs are covered with factory "Not for Sale Separately"-type stickers.

By the by, natevines, thanks for the great find!

I watched only Laura and Panic in the Streets last night. Both awesome movies. I think Laura is a bit overrated but great nonetheless. I suspect I'll love Northside as well.

Well, I went to the Sam's Club in Lima, Ohio today and this wasn't there, so it looks like it may be a Costco exclusive.

Damn, now I am debating on if I should return them to Best Buy for $10 each and take the long drive to Costco.

Thanks Natevines,

I picked this up the day you posted this.

They also had a 3 pack of The Day The Earth Stood Still with the original Fly / Return Of The Fly, the remake Fly / Fly 2. That's 5 movies for $18. This was probably already posted somewhere on the forum.

Did the same with my Amazon order for Laura. Even with STL and the AMEX 25% -off Wishlist Certificate, it was still cheaper (on a per DVD basis) to get all 3 via the Costco deal.
