I have found another box set misprice at Hastings.It is the one we have all been hoping for. My Little Pony season 1 for $19.99. The cheapest online is about $36.00.

Is it the initial 1986 "End of Flutter Valley" mini-series or all of the episode from season one?

It is four discs with 50 min-episodes including the ten-part The End of Flutter Valley and the four-part Bright Lights. Also the original pilot episode Escape From Midnight Castle and the rare special Escape from Katrina. I copied that off the box and yes I did buy it,just not for myself really.Total run time is about 500 min.

What is this Pony and why do I not know of its brilliance now available at a discount price?

GeoffreyL, I've checked the three stores here in Lubbock and so far haven't been able to find it, either on sale or at regular price. I'll keep looking, though.

Little late to this, got the Ed Wood Box a week or two ago and was in the neighborhood again and looked around the store. There it was MST3K Volume 6 for $14.99. I have never seen the show but read alot of good things and it sounds like something I would really enjoy so for the price I figured I have to try it out.

Just an update: I was at my local Hastings a day or two ago, and it looks like the Ed Wood boxed set has been bumped up a touch. I bought mine for $13.99, and the copy they had in stock was priced for $14.99. I've noticed that prices on new items vary from one Hastings location to another (there seem to be two systems of pricing new items. Of my 4 local stores, 2 will have Chinatown for $10.99, while the other two have it for $13.99...and these slight increases seem to be across the board, but only on new items). However, this price increase was seen at the same location.

Insignificant, I know...but I figured I'd mention it.
