Sorry to hear about Howard Morris. Not many members of the cast/crew are left.

I went by Costco today and they didn't have any of the Andy Griffith Show out. I also didn't see any Cheers, Frasier or Taxi.

Amazon frequently posts the rebate forms online but they don't have the current one available yet. I would suggest checking their web site periodically.

I just received both seasons of Andy from DDD. However, the second season did not have the rebate sticker on the front. I'm hesitant about opening it in case the forms not in there. I could just buy another copy locally then return it, but if there is a site with the form online somewhere, please let me know. I used yahoo and went to amazon, but I could not find it.

im in the same boat, i also have a non-stickered Griffith season 2 and im unsure about opening it. the problem with swapping one from a store is that i dont think DDD (where i bought mine) demagnetizes the security device, therefore if you take it into a B&M store, the alarm will go off. i searched for the rebate form online but didnt find any.

I also purchased season 2 from DDD and it didn't have anything mentioning the rebate on the outside of the box. However when I opened it the rebate form was inside.

Lasermovies,
Thanks for the info. I opened it up, and there it was. Now why they need the original online invoice, I'll never know.

Can you buy two of the same sets and get the rebate?

I was planning to buy Andy season 2 for me, but for $15 off I would buy another for my sister.

So did anyone ever get their $15 rebate for purchasing either Cheers Season 5 or the Andy Griffith Show Season 2 yet? I sent mine in over 2 months ago but haven't received anything to date.

I sent in the rebate form on approximately 06/10/2005, so it took roughly 13 weeks before the check arrived.

Thanks! I'm at about 11 1/2 weeks right now. Looks like it will take at least a few more.

just so you know notes are not even looked at, the data entry operator just enters in the information, has no control over the rebate itself what so ever. the only time notes are even looked at by the data entry person is because they are suppose to look to see if the person said anything about sending in the rebate again then it would be resorted to a "resubmit division".
