I don't believe their claim that Traffic CC "is no longer available." An outright lie. They just don't want to take the loss. :(

At least my $7.50 copy of Showgirls shipped, even though my order is now only one DVD.

Ali and Traffic were cancelled for me. I think I still have showgirls and Stand by me coming.

My Traffic was cancelled as well. As some people have had their shipped, is there any way we can call customer service and let them know they have shipped some, and that we shouldn't be denied?

Picked up Showgirls and Rudy DE, A Knight's Tale SB has shipped.

No news on Hoosiers and my Traffic Criterion has been cancelled.

Showgirls is actually a decent box set for 7.50, I have never seen the movie, I may change my opinion if I ever do so.

Obviously. At any rate, this was more like a price mistake than an actual deal anyway, so I'm not really too disappointed.

My entire order of: Knights Tale: SB, Traffic: CC, Stand By Me: SE, and Hoosiers: SE was cancelled. It must have just happened, because I looked at it first thing this morning, and it was still listed as Backordered/Preordered.

Showgirls shipped and Traffic, which I already had, was cancelled. I was afraid they would ship the non-CC Traffic anyway and I would either have to keep it or return both due to it being a "2 for" deal.

As I mentioned way back in this thread, Best Buy does not honor misprices anymore when they have a chance to stop them. They stopped honoring them over a year ago.

my order of 2 Traffic CC cancelled, if a business makes a mistake, it's their job to honor it, they changed the offerings on the site when they noticed the mistake, but to not honor orders that they accepted is not good business.

On my order for Hoosiers and Stand By Me, Hoosiers was cancelled. Stand By Me still shows as a pre-order. Strange.

I got Rudy CE yesterday via in-store pickup. Traffic CC was backordered and now has been cancelled. So, it looks like all of the backordered Traffic CCs are being cancelled. I really wanted that one...

Yep. Looks like all pre-orders are toast. It's fine to be disappointed but blaming BB for this ??? ... we all knew that Hoosiers was a pricing goof ... it's not like they owe us anything.

It looks like they caught on to this in two stages. First they wised up and changed the eligibility. Then it looks like they realized just how many orders still got through and .... when they realized they needed to actual order *more* from the distributor pouring good money after bad, they just decided to cancel orders that they did initially accept.

It would be interesting to know just how many copies of Traffic got ordered ... ;)
