Just picked up "The Cooler" at Overstock.com for a whopping $2.00

That is a previously viewed dvd, it is used.

Still a good price for a used flick of a good movie though.

Great, I just ordered it yesterday when it was $3. Now I'll get a $1 account credit that I'll likely not use for quite some time.

I believe Pilot mentioned that their used DVD's basically look new so that was my first used purchase with them. The Cooler doesn't come with an insert and they guarantee the condition of the case, DVD, and external art work so it seems like a good one to try.

i was getting ready to place an order anyway using the 10% off link....i don't usually buy used dvd's, cuz i'm very anal about not wanting ANY scratches or fingerprints on my discs...but at 1.80 + the low shipping, it's the same as renting it once, only i can keep it for good.....thanks for the heads up!

And if there does happen to be scratches (more than you can bear, anyway), you can always trade it in at Blockbuster for a minimum of $5 credit. I'm pretty sure BBV will take videos that are somewhat scratched up.

the case is "new" but as i've said in the past, there's two horrible stickers on it that are impossible to get off without some goo-gone, but all the ones I've got in the past (I think I've got 5 or 6 used from em), had cover art, and inserts (if they originally came with em) and discs were pretty good for being used ..

Thanks for the deal. Overstock usually seems to be pretty quick about shipping these out as well. Picked up 3 dvds in the last round of $2 dvds and they all shipped out the next day. You can't say no to their prices.

Put any DVD in your cart, It will only let you buy 4...

Just ordered one as well. A great price, and I don't care if it's used. I don't understand why some of you get so paranoid about the fact that the case might have a sticker on it or the insert might be missing. The only thing that should really matter is whether or not the disc plays.
