Got mine a few days ago. Disc is in fine shape, no insert, case had a sticker keeping it closed that said something like "Guaranteed Quality", don't remember off hand.

my disc was also brand new. sweet deal.

I think these discs are re-surfaced to remove scratches in order to look new.

Mine had some light scratches but are in good shape - but that damned "Certified Previously Viewed" sticker is impossible to get off.

:( Well then, they must have forgot to do mine! My disc has well over 100 scratches. Seriously, when I first looked at the disc my first thought was "How is it even possible for a disc to get this scratched". It looks like someone took a brillo pad to the back of the disc. NOBODY is THAT careless, are they? This is the first used disc I've ever bought and will also be the last. But hey, I'm only out 2.40 and learned a valuable lesson, so I'll just look at it as an inexpensive education :)

If it doesn't work, you could probably send it back to them at their cost but since it's so cheap, they might just send you another one for free.

The Cooler doesn't come with an insert anyway so no worries there.

Days later and I'm still trying to resolve this matter. Numerous emails sent with the same response. "Sorry but payment wasn't recieved and we can't help you". Tried their online chat help and basicly got the same response except the girl tried to sell me something. What kind of customer service is that? I try to resolve a payment dispute and instead they solicite an item! Here's the conversation. What a joke.

Called the customer service # (which I should've done to begine with) Finally got someone with good customer service skills. He said he has no idea why it was cancelled when my paypal account says that overstock got the payment. He said he would contact paypal to have the money put back into my account and said he'd try to send me a $5 credit certificate. We'll see what happens. Again.
