I got in on this deal this morning -- thanks for posting it! It's a blind buy, but with all the positives I've heard about this show, how can I resist?

I'm not finding this with a title or keyword search. Anybody have an item #? Or is it o.o.s.?

How'd you pull this off? I tried the AAA discount for fun but was prompted to enter my membership/card number. Color me curious.

Oh well, at around $16 a pop for these sets, I'm not complaining.

Just watched the first 2 seasons from the Amazon 50% off deal and it's a hilarious show. Certainly a good blind buy I would think, plus the digipaks are really cool...they slide out from the top and bottom in tandem, it's neat.

Awesome deal, especially since I just got a $30 gift card for the holidays LAST NIGHT. Used the AAA link, total price was $28.33. Sweeeeet.

D'oh! Thanks -- I went back and canceled my previous order and went through the process again using "my" AAA discount. Worked perfectly, thanks!

Fudge... already ordered the 2 seasons separately during Amazon's 50% off sale. I ordered those 2 seasons plus Ali G. Anyone know what Amazon's policy is about refunds? If I return the 2 Curb sets & keep the Ali G, it takes me below the free shipping deal's minimum. Will they now charge me shipping for the Ali G set?

is it even worth all that trouble? you have to pay to ship it back to Amazon since you changed your mind and it wasn't their fault.

Good deal. Of course I already picked up season 1 for $20 a few months back and just got season 2 form Amazon for $18.

happy holidays!

I'm the original poster of this thread. Glad to hear so many people got in on this deal! I ordered Friday afternoon, it's now scheduled for a Monday UPS delivery, free shipping. This may be the sweetest all around deal I have come across since I started buying DVDs' last year.

I had these in my share the love list for ~$17 and I waited too long and Amazon raised the prices to $25 so I'm glad I miss out at Amazon. I did get the Ali G for $13.

I remember this show first started after the Sopranos, but I could not get into then because I was all pumped up after watching the Sopranos, but when I saw them in reruns they were great. If you like Seinfeld, you love Larry.

Do they really do this? Amazon.ca has never charged me to ship something back even though they say they will.

you are correct, you will have to pay to ship it back....Amazon will not reimburse you the shipping cost unless it was their mistake....they will not also charge you to refund an item...

Amazon.ca does it differently. They allow you to print out a postage paid mailing label and tell you they will deducted the postage cost from your refund. They never do though. I always get the full amount back.

Amazon.com has the same system to print out a prepaid label, if you go through their RETURNS FAQS. Anyone know from personal experience if they deduct the postage from your refund like it says in the FAQS or has it been like the Amazon.ca experience noted above?
