Superbits (<$15)cheap @ Walmart.com

Walmart.com has the following Superbit movies for less than $15:

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon-11.10
Tommy (The Who Movie).............11.85
Dark Crystal.................................14.85
The Patriot...................................14.85

you have to pay tax & shipping. I just bought Patriot, Tommy, and CT/HD for a total of $46.54 shipped!!! That's about $15.50 each.

So Sorry. brain cramp on my part. I was doing a pricesearch on Superbit DVD's on another website and in my haste, erroneously assumed they were all at WalMart.Com I corrected original post.
TOMMY (Superbit) is now out of stock.

FYI,
Adaptation & Charlie's Angels are #13.88 @ DVD SOON. Cirque du Soleil is $15.99 @ North American DVD.

Celtic33, you can get Mask of Zorro at BestBuy.com for $14.99

Sorry again for the confusion.

I jumped on Dark Crystal and Crouching Tiger... $32.13 total shipped, which isn't too shabby for 2 Superbits (and I just got back from Best Buy, where I bought 3 other Superbits!) What a SUPER (bit) DAY!!!

It's $14.99 at bestbuy.com. BB B&M has it for $21.99 though.

BB is running a Superbit offer until this Saturday. Buy Spider-Man 2 SB and another two SB and get the third SB free. It can be a better deal than the WM one if you want SM2 + more SB choices.

does you actually see the difference on a superbit movie compared to regular? Like is it noticeable or insignificant?

Depends on your system. Some superbits are better then others. People have differing opinions about this.

Its all relative, to each there own. I personally would not spend the extra for a superbits, however I did jump on the Best Buy B2G1F deal because I did not own any of the 3 I bought and would have spent around 7 to 8 bucks apiece at CH when SM2 became available. I look at it as I spent around 6 to 7 bucks more to get these titles in superbit. Superbit do not have any extras included in the regular version. SM2 + Bad Boys 2(much better movie than I was expecting, DTS soundtrack rocks hard) + Guns of Navarone for 42.20 was a solid deal. IMHO the difference is small and would not command a cost difference of more than 8 to 10 bucks a title. My best advise is to get your hands on one superbit title and compare it to a standard title, see for yourself.

NoirTech is right on, your set up will make a difference. Unless I have a widescreen HDTV with a progressive scan dvd player using component or a DVI cable, I would not buy a superbit title.

Can that be a correct price?! It's more than 50% off Amazon's -- so I'm all over this NOW! Hopefully it goes through.

Great series. I remember watching the first 2 on HBO well over 10 years ago.
