Well, Amazon gets two thumbs up from me this time. I just ordered three sets (CYE 1 & 2 and Ali G) the day before yesterday, and they have already shipped all three to me. It's the quickest I've ever had an order that I placed at Amazon.com ship, I'm simply in shock.

Does anyone think the Sex & the City Seasons 2-6 will be cheaper? I bought the first for my fiance, and I'm debating about the others....but money is tight.

I doubt it. Season 1 is probably only cheaper because it has 2 discs whereas the other seasons have 3 (except for season 5, which has 2 discs but is still the same MSRP as seasons 2-6).

Wow. I ordered Curb 1&2 on Thursday, and I got them today. I think that's the fastest turnaround I've ever had on an Amazon order.

Hopefully I'll get my DVDs in a reasonable time. Everything I ordered is in stock, ships in 24 hours, but my Dec 2nd Order says it will ship on Dec 20th on the order status page.

Once I've got love for Return of the King EE, I'll buy all!

On December 2nd, I ordered both seasons of CYE and the first season of Da Ali G Show. All three shipped on December 4th, I already got everything today, December 8th. This has been my best ever experience with Amazon, I'm still in shock.

Everything was packaged up nicely, and everything is perfectly fine.

Got my Everybody Loves Raymond DVD within a few days of shipment. Watched the pilot episode with commentary last night. Thanks again for this nice deal.

Same here, ordered my Band of Brothers on 12/3 Friday evening, it shipped out Saturday 12/4, and got it Tuesday 12/7. Did I mention it was free standard UPS Ground shipping? Not bad at all.....

It seems that this offer is now dead! I just checked amazon and these boxsets are back to their old prices. I missed out on this deal because I was waiting to get my $25 GC in the mail, oh well

I learned my lesson with the $16.99 LOTR: ROTK EE deal at Coconuts.com/FYE.com I had a gift card at home but I waited till I got home to get it and by that time, the prices went up to $29.99.

Lesson is to jump on a deal right away even if you're waiting to use a gift card/gift certificate.

Either the deal is dead, or Amazon has "special" prices for me...

Dang I was holding out for love and missed the deal. It's my own fault, but I wish they would give us a clue about the expiration date on these deals.
