Spider-Man 2 One Day BB Deal
I just noticed Spider-Man 2 WS is listed on the BB website for $14.99 with a $5 digital coupon. Also included is the bonus disc. Including shipping and tax for me it is $16.99 upfront. Once the coupon is factored in I got out for $11.99. Hurry though, to qualify for the $5 digital coupon you must place your order by midnight tonight.

The way around this is to use the magic lamp feature on the home page at BestBuy.com. The magic lamp will give you free shipping but it can only be used ONCE per account. You can get around this by creating a different account with a different e-mail address.

Just a heads up that Best Buy doesn't exactly have the best reputation for actually including the bonus items (i.e. James Bond bonus DVD & $25 coupon with NYPD Blue for example), but if you don't care about risking not getting the bonus disc, this is a great deal.

I just received my order today and it did not include the Best Buy-exclusive bonus disc.
I just got off the phone with their customer service, and apparently a "promotions department specialist" is going to call me back within 2-3 working days.
I'm a little disappointed. It's fine that they made a mistake and everything (being that they solve it), but I don't like the fact that someone has to call me back to probably ask me the same questions I just answered.
Also, the customer service rep said something about "You were supposed to add the bonus disc into your shopping cart" Was it just me, or was that not even an option when you ordered??

No, I dont think it was an option to add, thats b.s. You can't count on BB to deliver Bonus Discs....I ordered Dawn of the Dead and din't get one, so I dont order there anymore...and with shipping its not worth it.(I dont have a BB near me) I do plan on making a voyage for Spiderman 2 so I can get that disc- is it as hard to get instore as the DOTD was?
Thanks
Thanks

I ordered from BB.com and I also didn't get the bonus disc. It was stated all over their site (well, in at least 2 places) about this exclusive bonus disc. And it wasn't one of those things you had to add to your cart. This is crap.
Had the same problem with the Die Another Day bonus disc. Had to go pick it up at the store. Email said I would receive it, but never got it.
At least the Best Buy B&M is kind of close. Really takes the convience out of having it shipped. Thanks Best Buy.

I bought Dawn of the Dead (2004) in-store at Best Buy, and the exclusive disc was actually inside the wrapped DVD case itself. I really was not expecting that (although I don't usually get in on the whole exclusive disc offers).
I was at Best Buy tonight, and I didn't see any Spider-Man 2 exclusive bonus discs around at all. I'm also not sure if they were inside the regular cases or not.
I've usually avoided online purchases with bonus discs before, due to a fear of problems like I just had, but the $5 digital coupon offer pulled me in.
I'm not super upset with Best Buy or anything, because I know I'll get the problem fixed, but I just think it's a little sad that customers have to work to get something that was supposed to be included.

Same story here, no bonus disk. The $5 coupon and free shipping got me, but I won't be ordering any more bonus disc-included items from now on. Just glad it wasn't something I actually cared about.
Now did it say you could return/exchange the item at the nearest BB store? I thought about doing that, but I didn't see any bonus discs at the store either (as of Tues) so I don't think that'd help...
