Because of their "elaborate" check-out process, it took "forever" to get through the line. There were people who had waited through the long-ass Best Buy lines, checked out and made it over to that store all while I waited in line (even though the crowd there was a lot smaller). They had many of the titles in bins as you came in the door, but non-Warner titles ("To Live and Die in LA", "The Day After") were on the shelves but not identified as being on sale (You'll do better if you bring the newspaper ad with you and work from that). Only one hang-up (I expected more), -"Mars Attacks" was in the bin but was ringing up at full price.
