I went to the deny/approve link included in my e-mail, but I kept getting this "We're sorry" message, even when I went through "My Account." So I filled out a Customer Service inquiry, and the e-mail I got back in return said that they cancelled my item, but that if I had went to "My Account," I could've cancelled it on my own. It's a good thing that I had already explained to them that I tried that multiple times and kept getting the same error message. I love it when people try to make me feel retarded.
