Since we don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, we will not bill you until your products, including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.

I just ordered (Today, 10/11) and it rang 16.99. Used the coupon 15OCTOFF to take care of budget shipping charges. But still had to cough up 1.02 in local taxes. Anyway 18.01 is still a steal as compare to 24 something I paid for first two movies I bought at DDD.

The only way I got it to work was to delete the cookies that were associated with Coconuts.com. The problem in your case though is that this will delete your basket and more than likely delete the sale price of 19.99.
