I placed my order early this morning for a $17.99 DVD with the $10.00 coupon. Just got an email that the order had shipped.

I placed an order for the Star Wars box yesterday around 11 CST using the $10 coupon. I got shipping confirmation last night.

It looks like it processed through their system as if it were a gift card.

I just checked and my debit card was charged for the order I placed. Odd since I got the cancelled email.

Hmmm, just checked mine, and I have a pending charge as well.....maybe I'll get lucky after all.

I got the "we're sorry" e-mail, and my order status online says it's been canceled. I'll keep an eye on my credit card, but I'm not holding my breath.

I fired back a short, somewhat snarky e-mail asking them to provide me with a new $10 discount code since this one can't be used again. I don't expect them to answer. Grrr...

Hmmm... I got no shipping notification, only an order confirmation. My status says shipped on 9/20 - same day as I ordered. I hope it goes through. XIII for $12 - Woo hoo!

Bad news, I was credited the amount I was charged by CC. Looks like I am out of luck, and out a $10 off coupon.

weird, i got a cancelled letter two days ago and now a charge from CC shows up on my card

Circuit City also charged me but immediately issued a credit the same day the charge was posted.

I used the $10 coupon on a $30 PC game yesterday and it shipped already. Maybe there's some minimum price threshold that CC will overlook or maybe its just luck...

Yeah - I tried to pick up Hunt for Red October for $5, but that was cancelled on me.

Oh well.

I used the coupon on the new Green Day cd and the new Ringo Starr tour dvd, and I got the e-mail yesterday that it shipped! The total came out to just over $20 (tax included).

Ordered Mean Girls on 9/21 for $10. Shipped same day.

check your emails though cause for some reason i "won" a $5 gift card for us at their website.. not sure how that happened

Ordered a DVD valued at $35 with the $5 and $10 vouchers stacked but the order was cancelled.

Wish I had gone back to this thread recently... I used my coupon last night before it expired (technically, it DID expire... I used it at 12:45 AM EST, it should have expired at midnight). But I just ordered Mr. Show S4 and a cell phone case ($1.99 on clearance, to get free shipping. Now I expect it to be cancelled seeing as the jig is up. Oh well. I don't think I coulda found $50 worth of stuff I wanted right now anyway...

Did you get a refund on your card? My order was cancelled (but I didn't get a cancellation email) and my card has been charged. Should I wait for the refund or contact CC?
