I know this is early talking about 10/5

Any predictions on some of the title that come out that day. There is alot of big releases coming out that day.

Shawshank Redemption SE
Day after Tomorrow
Fahrenheit 9/11
Friday the 13th Boxset
Aladdin SE

Just curious to see what you think the retailers are going to be selling these for. Hopefully Circuit City will have another website slip up.

Day After and Fahrenheit 9/11 will probably run about $15.99 while FRiday the 13th might go for between $54.99 - $59.99

You can probably snag a free copy of F 9/11 at a voter registration drive.

LOL, I don't think so. Money's money. Moore & Co are not going to give the thing away.

Moore is actually trying to get it broadcast on national television before the election.

Shawshank Redemption SE $20.40@ DDD

Dont forget about THE UNTOUCHABLES and DEEP IMPACT (SCE) (WS) both on 10/5. Both are 9.36 @ DDD. I hate buying any dvd for more than 10 hard earned bucks but may make an exception for Shawshank if I can dump my older version.

I only wish the SE of Shawshank would have had deleted scenes and/or extra film footage - but since it's not, I'll keep my old version. I remember Showtime had a "behind the scenes" special of the movie and showed some deleted scenes - and I just wonder why they never added them to the DVD!

MM doesn't discourage anyone from getting it for free, if you know where to get it.

I'll buy Aladdin at any price.
If this follows the other Disney releases, there's a good chance this one will also be $15.99 on release day.

Since we are talking about early prices. Anyone think Intermission, which is released 10/19 will be in any ad? I don't know if it was a big enough movie.
