$5.00 Paramount DVD Coupon at Best Buy

In the Sunday paper, the Best Buy ad has the following.

Buy any Entertainment Software purchase receive a free Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow DVD.

Included on the disc is the preview of Sky Captain as well as the $5 Off Coupon good on select Paramount DVDs.

Don't know what DVDs the coupon is good for or if its only on the DVD and you have to print it out or is it an actual coupon enclosed with the DVD.

Edited to add the following.

Minimum 400 per store.
No Rainchecks.
In Store Only.

Details about the Coupon

Got the free Skycatain Preview DVD at Best Buy this morning.

Laura Croft: Tomb Raider
Laura Croft Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life
Escape from L.A.

Yep, got my coupon today... wonder what to get? I still need to get Escape from LA, guess they will never redo this disc. Eh, will wait and see. Thanks again for pointing out the offer.

They also had them in the back at my BB, they werent going to put them out till Tuesday but will give them to you anyways since the ad doesnt say which day.

The disc has the trailers, game from the website, and a 10 min behind the scenes clip. It does show some new stuff, its cool. Cant wait for this movie!

Some ass at my local Best Buy wouldn't give up the free disc, insisting it was a Tuesday "release." I said there was nothing in the ad stating anything about Tuesday, and he just said, "I can't give it to you. I'd get fired."

at the store I went to (Rego Park Queens NYC), the CSR wouldn't let me buy it even though I bought a DVD. She said that I had to buy some sort of PC Software since the ad said free with any "entertainment software" purchase. Some ppl are retarded.

As much as I love G&TD, its not anamorphic But for $4.99, its worth getting.

I wish they would lower their price on Escape from LA, its $14.99 which would make it $9.99, the regular price at every other store. Now for $4.99...

Picked up a couple of these yesterday at a local Best Buy. Not only were there piles of the disc next to registers, but there was also a display stand with plenty of DVDs. Been wanting to pick up MI2 and Ghost & the Darkness for a while.

Arrgggghhh. So now I go in to pick up the Hitch set and the free Sky Captain disc, and they tell me they didn't receive either of them! I've never been so frustrated with a store. But I know I'll go back...

Just an FYI for the people who wanted to get Escape from L.A., the price is $9.99 at Best Buy. I had them scan a copy to confirm that it is $9.99 like their website says, so I got it out the door for $5.38 after tax.

So does it matter if you buy more than one of these movies at a time as long as you have one coupon for each?

At first I thought i'd only get one or two, but for around $5 a pop I might get a few more.
