I really wish I knew. I have been collecting dvds for years, tried Digital Eyes and it's been the single worst e-tailer experience I've ever heard had. And it's still an ongoing issue..."hopefully" resolved tomorrow.

Not thread crapping, just sharing my experience and concerns for others who might read through the thread and consider trying a new place like I did.

I had that too for my cart, but that only happened for a few hours that day (3/18). I've had nothing but good experiences at Digital Eyes, both price- and service-wise, DE often going above and beyond...

Mark, hate to be a bother, but any chance you'll have the June Criterion and HVE's up for pre-order anytime soon? I plan on making a pretty big purchase and finally getting the Yakuza Papers boxed set along with others, and I like to get my pre-orders in as early as possible so I can just place the order and forget it!

Mark, thanks for posting that new used dvd coupon, but please try to get that used section up and running again so that we can actually use the coupon. This current double points period is only 13 days long (Apr 4 - 16) and the used section has already been down for the first 4 of those days!
There are also quite a few other problems with the site (title mix-ups, mostly) that I've called in and have been assured would be fixed within "a day or two" but it's already been longer than that and nothing's happened. Is there some reason for what appears to be this recent rash of problems?

Used DVD list is back up and loaded with over 3500 different titles.

Mark, please, please add a search feature for used discs. Its really hard to navigate and look through roughly 3000 titles everytime you are in the used section. thanks

The normal search will tell you if there is a used copy available. Search for Action Jackson and it says a used item is in stock.
