Kevin O'Neill, probably best known for being Alan Moore's co-creator on League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, passed away last week.

A very distinctive style which was instantly recognizable. The past year has been brutal on major comic book professionals.

LXG and Marshall Law were both seminal books when I read comics. Very sad to hear, RIP.

I've loved O'Neill's work for year. He'll be missed.

I also learned that Carlos Pacheco passed away today after recently revealing that he had ALS. It's been a touch year for comics artists.
