Omnibuses

Other than getting lucky enough to score at Ollie’s, what’s a good place for discounted Omnibuses?

Re: Omnibuses

eBay used to be fertile hunting ground for omnibuses. These days it's a different story with too many out of print omnibuses generating 30-50 bids per auction. Many recommend CheapGraphicNovels, though I haven't used them in years.

Usually In Stock Trades for new releases. A few years ago I was trying to get all the Brubaker Captain America omniboo so I was shopping around, but lack of shelf space forced me to cut down my buying.

Re: Omnibuses

ebay and sometimes Amazon. Check for Amazon sellers. Many of them are LCS that purchased Omnibus books during the last clearance by Diamond, so they have some at discounted prices.

InStockTrades has been taking forever to fulfill orders since DC's deal with Diamond ended. Lots of complaints on other forums.

I’ve heard some of that. I rarely buy physical these days so my firsthand info is definitely dated.

Re: Omnibuses

My last order with In Stock Trades (around the time the last Legion of SH omnibus came in) took a really long time but I figured that was the norm and I was just spoiled by amazon.

Re: Omnibuses

InStockTrades is still cheap and packages everything well, but don't expect quick order fulfillment anymore.
