Hello, folks. Just wanted people here to know that there will be a special reunion of the cast members of Richard Donner's SUPERMAN movies (SUPERMAN and SUPERMAN II: THE RICHARD DONNER CUT) at WonderCon on April 2-5, 2015. Included on the guest list is Margot Kidder and Producer Ilya Salkind! There will be photos, autographs, and a panel which takes place on Saturday at 10 AM.

This event is hosted by Jim Bowers who runs www.CapedWonder.com, a tribute to Christopher Reeve's SUPERMAN films.

I will be participating as a volunteer and on behalf of another website for which I review Blu-rays.

Please drop by and say "Hello!" This is a must-see event for fans of those classic films!

What stories is Aaron Smolinski going to tell? "I don't remember anything of the filming but you see me nude."

He had a cameo in SUPERMAN III (kid outside the photo booth) and a cameo in MAN OF STEEL (a military officer). He does remember being under Donner's direction.

The reunion is all in good fun. The film is approaching it's 40th anniversary, and there's probably more years behind most of the cast than ahead of them...

By the way the first post was written, I thought it was only going to be Kidder and Salkind, and was thinking two people isn't much of a reunion :P

Obviously no Reeve. No Hackman? No Stamp? No Beatty? No Donner?
