How to make a request for an Orson Welles as Batman, Rita Hayworth -Catwoman, and Joseph Cotton as the Joker movie poster?

Namorita fighting someone that looks like a female Warlock. I believe this is a page from an early issue of Exaclibur

I don't remember the Thing taking Moon Dragon over his knee in any issue of Excalibur.

Also, it probably would have been drawn by Alan Davis, and that's definitely not Alan Davis' art. Though I could absolutely see Claremont writing a spanking scene like that.

Can't really tell who the artist is; looks to be the late 70s/early 80s Marvel "House or Style," so it could be any of the bullpen journeymen.

If I were to wager a guess, I'd say it's probably from an issue of Marvel Two-In-One, a back-up story in an annual, or something like Not Brand Ecch!

You are right. It's from Marvel Two in One 62!

I think the crazy kid face is a bleed through from an ad on the next page. Always good to put something opaque behind the page before scanning.

Sometimes the ink bleeds through the paper in older comics. I have a few from the early '80s that do that over blank white spaces.

I remember no-prizes.

Stan the Man would award them to fan letters who came up with an explanation for what merely looked like bad writing.

From what I understand, most of Charlton's stuff is now in the public domain.
