Going OOP list?

Is there anywhere that lists trades/HCs that are going, or just went, out of print?

That's a pretty tall task for all trades/HCs in general. And OOP doesn't mean rare or expensive most of the time. The Marvel Omnibus thread on CBR keeps track of the print statuses of Omnibuses, which often do get rare and expensive once they're OOP since they're for a niche audience.
