Nick Fury
I just started getting back into comics, what is the story on Nick Fury. I'm reading Original Sin and both Samuel L Jackson and regular Nick Fury are both involved. how is that explained?

Sam Jackson Nick Fury originally comes from Ultimate Marvel. Ultimate is an alternate universe that was started in 2000. In that universe, Nick Fury is explicitly drawn to resemble Sam Jackson.
Later after the Cinematic Universe became popular, Marvel decided to bring both Sam Jackson Fury and Agent Coulson into the main Marvel comic universe. Although in the main universe, Jackson Fury is the son of white Fury.

I wish they had the foresight to have added white Fury to the first Capt. America movie because I thought it was really odd that everyone that was under his command was there but not him. It would have planted the seed that the Furys' were related somehow.
