I stumbled upon comicbookroundup.com today and it seems pretty good so far. An aggregator, seems to cover a nice range of books, and the site is easy to use.

Ive always gone to comicvine and comicbookresources to see what people think.

I think IGN is fairly consistent with their ratings, though they tend to be on the high side.
