The last two mornings at work, I've caught the tail end of a commercial during The Today Show. It screams, 'free exclusive comic book' and I look up to see a comic book, possibly featuring X-men, fading from view and the commercial ends with no identification hints.

Help me DVDtalk!

Could it be a tie-in to Days of Future Past? Or an actual commercial for FCBD?

Also, on July 23rd, some stores are doing Batman Day with a free exclusive Detective Comics #27. May be too early for that one.

Almost positive it had nothing to do with FCBD. My ears only perk up when I hear words like "comic book", and it wasn't mentioned until the very end of the commercial.
