Re: Comic/Super-Hero Sheep NOW!

I would have challenged the fuck out of Cable given the endless debate on time travelling X-Men. Cable first appeared, in infant form, in X-Men 201, cover dated January 1986.

Whew I almost said Bane, but decided on Conner Kent instead. I'm surprised they both ended up unique though.

Also, nobody said Doomsday? The biggest story of the 90s was Doomsday killing Superman.

Yeah, I stepped away from my desk for a while and I've been catching up with the thread in order, so I responded before I saw your post. Funny that we used the exact same wording. But I provided a link to Mike Grell's page, so I win.

Is Doomsday still relevant, as defined in the question?

Doomsday still appears in the comics. Relevancy is highly subjective. Doomsday is almost never used in a good way (and even The Death of Superman could be argued that it wasn't a good story), but Doomsday still appears today. Just before the new 52 relaunch, there was a big crossover story called Reign of the Doomsdays with multiple Doomsdays.

I have a feeling the standings are going to get shaken up quite a bit over the next couple of questions. A lot of slam dunks still on the table...

I assumed this would split between Batman and JLU. I can't even fathom any other guesses.

I actually thought a few people would say JLU, not just Todd B.

I would have picked it but felt it wasn't as sheepish. I think it was better then Batman.

    Re: Comic/Super-Hero Sheep NOW!

If people have been putting DC characters into Marvel questions, and vice versa, then it wouldn't surprise me at all if someone answered Adam West Batman to this question.

Although in a way Adam West Batman is kind of like a "live action cartoon" if such a thing ever actually existed.

I figured some people would have made the mistake of putting those direct-to-DVD animated films as their answer.

Yeah, I almost did then figured BTAS was the Sheepish way to go.

I actually liked this series quite a bit, but no way I would have picked it for Sheep. Glad I didn't think of it or my Legion-nerd heart might have been tempted:
