Last week they never coded it as Marvel Monday, iirc, and it lasted a week.

Rom, Micronauts and Superboy and the Legion of Super Heroes need to be released digitally. As a kid, I loved those.

The first two have licensing issues (toy properties). Ironically the second one probably had legal issues a few years ago, but I think(?) they settled that Superboy lawsuit now.

Today's Summer Reading Freebie is Anti-Hero #1 from Monkeybrain.

The Fathom sale continues until 6/5/14 and includes singles, collections, and a bundle.

The Ghostbusters sale
lasts until 6/9/14 and includes singles or collections. If I did the page count estimate right, the collection appear to have bonus material.

Today's Summer Reading Freebie is Letter 44 #1 from OniPress, and sounds like a great story. Anyone read it before?

No new sales or bundles found, but they did just add three more of the recent FCBD books; V-Wars, Transformers vs G.I. Joe, and Rise of the Magi.

Three new sales started today (/last night).

A Street Fighter sale from Udon lasts until 6/8/14 and includes 9 collections and 32 singles.

A Runaways sale from Marvel lasts through 2300 tonight and includes:

Vol 1 issues 1-18
Vol 2 issues 1-30
Vol 3 issues 1-14

It's also available as a bundle of all 62 issues for $59.99, but you may have the three #1s for free already, so the bundle is more expensive.

There is also another collection sale from Marvel with two titles this time: Captain America: Winter Soldier vol 1 which collects issues 1-7 of the 2004 series, and X-Force: Angels and Demons which collects issues 1-6 of the 2008 series.

The Summer Reading freebie of the day is the new Silver Surfer #1.

Unfortunately I don't think we will see ROM any time soon. Its one of those twisted tangled IP rights issues. Its a shame too. And what happened to the writer of that series was fucking awful.

Today's Marvel Monday is the original Lee/Kirby X-Men 1-66, also available in a bundle for $59.99.

Today's Summer Reading Freebie is Shutter #1 from Image.

Viz is now on Comixology and they have a sale on Blue Exorcist vol 1 for $1.99 which is about 70% off.

Onipress has a sale on Letter 44 until 6/12/14. Issues 1-5 are $.99 and issue 6 is $1.99, or all are bundled for $5.99. I just read the first issue (free last week) and it's a great story. Having issue one already, the bundle is actually a few cents more expensive, but I think I'll buy it that way anyway so I don't have that annoying 'buy' option on the bundle page even though I own each of the issues. #ocdminutiae

DC/Vertigo have a weeklong sale on Preacher. All 66 issues, plus the 4 issue Saint of Killers mini, and the 5 one-shots for $.99 each, no bundle option.

Yep, the free comic section has never been complete. I search for FCBD and free and sampler every few days and occasionally find new things.
