screw all the googlers! Darnit, I thought for sure he'd be one of the most obscure... he always talks about the strength of Hercules, the speed of Mercury, and especially the wisdom of Solomon... and Atlas and Zeus are more well known than Achilles...

Fleet-footed Mercury was another good answer. He was worth 15 points, except that fumanstan used Google.

Which leaves two answers. If dadaluholla outscores foggy by 25 points, he takes the trophy. Otherwise, it goes to foggy. So ... Atlas or Hercules?

I think you meant foggy was unstoppable. Wow, after leading for what seemed like most of the way, the Bus falls hard.

Have to rethink the reverse sheep questions... if there are a limited number of answers, and it's relatively obscure and people start googling, I guess the most unlikely answer is not that good...

Re: Comic Book Sheep 2: Crisis on Infinite Sheep

Thanks for the game. Entertaining as always.

But I think I dislike the huge multipliers at the end. It took only two questions to bring me up from the bottom and The Bus from the top, and we were tied in the middle. It makes the first twenty questions superfluous. The game is too unbalanced.

I really have to concentrate thoroughly on each question next time.

I still blame lack of a spreadsheet.

Re: Comic Book Sheep 2: Crisis on Infinite Sheep

Thank you very much for running this JasonF. To those who finished below me, you should be ashamed of your comic book knowlege.

Some of my answers included:
The black one
The Blue guy
Harry Potter (I am pretty sure there are harry comic books)

Hang your heads in shame people.

Holey Moley! Not only did I win, but I won so convincingly that the rest of you are in the negative! I'm not sure how any of you are going to be able to show your face in the subforum.

The thing that is tough with multipliers is that it is difficult to know if they are needed at the end or not. I thought this game was extremely well-balanced up until the last few questions. On one hand, if there's no multiplier, someone can have a huge lead of 20-30 points and the game becomes uninteresting in the end. On the other hand, if the multiplier is too big, something like this happens.

I think what I will do in my next game (either Futurama Sheep or Movie Sheep) is have a variable Multiplier. That is, if the game begins to become unbalanced, the questions start to have higher Multipliers. I'll test it out next game and see how that goes.

On the other hand, in the current Sports game, I'm also giving players the option, if they wish, to avoid the Multipliers altogether on up to five questions.
