I think that qualafies as one of the worst decisions to go foward for Comics the same as fan voting in DC vs Marvel, 90s series and the whole BND crap mess.

In the Batman / Spider-Man crossover, Carnage sends his bloody symbiot up Joker's nose pulling out a microchip implanted in him.

Dr.Light: Any of the rapes he's commited while taking enjoyment in it as if he was the hero that scored the winning touchdown.

Norman Osborne: Recently there was a pacifist female that Norman didn't like and didn't know. So he ended up having the airplane destroyed she was not the only one that was killed which also resulted in the deaths of all the other passengers. Beyond a doubt what a complete vile barbarian.
There is no doubt I think he would blow up a stadium full of Spider Man fans because he hates Spider Man, and is that insane.

I haven't read comics in quite a while, and most of the stuff posted here is totally shocking to me, especially the first couple of posts. WTF?

Jason Wynn get's rid of his top employee Al Simmons, and manipulated Chapel through saying he's a traitor which resulted in Al being killed.

Joker nearly beating Harley Quinn. He represents the same kind of trash male b@stards that do this to women in the real world.

Firestorm seems to take the things these super villains do pretty personally.

Black Adam went pretty crazy and killed millions of people. That was pretty brutal.

Re: The WORST thing that [insert super villain] has ever done

Jackal He purposly mislead the Punisher that Spider Man was a super villain, and Punisher pursued him under that impression until he found out he was mislead.

Hobgoblin (Roderick Kingsley) Roderick Kingsley cemented his initial rise to power as the Hobgoblin in large part by relying on deception and manipulation, keeping his enemies guessing as to his true identity. In one instance, he framed Peter Parker's friend Flash Thompson and had him thrown in jail as the Hobgoblin, but in a more tragic turn, he brainwashed Ned Leeds, husband of Peter's first love, Betty Brant, into thinking himself the Hobgoblin, resulting in Ned's death at the hands of the Foreigner. (AMAZING SPIDER-MAN v1 #249-251—1984)
During a particularly wild rampage in New York City,

Doc Ock
He found himself in combat with Spider-Man once more and rather than engage his foe directly, lashed out with his tentacles, hurling debris at innocent bystanders. Captain George Stacy, heroic police chief and father of Peter Parker's girlfriend Gwen, put himself in the line of fire in order to save the life of a young boy at the expense of his own, making the Spidey-Ock feud more personal than ever

Mysterio He framed the webhead for a major robbery, and had Spidey convinced he was only a small six inches tall.

The Burglar He shot a old man in cold blood with no remorse.
Green Goblin (Norman Osborne)
A Funder of the Spider Slayers.
Hired Enforcers, and others to kill Spidey.
Funded a number of Spider Man's rogues.
Killed Ben Riely who Spider Man thought was his brother.
Mastermind behind the Clones Saga.
He had a affair with Gwen Stacy who Peter Parker was dating at the time.
I think it's fair to say Green Goblin (Norman Osborne) is a human version of Satan.

Mysterio (Quentin Beck) trying to drive Daredevil insane using drugs on him, and harming those close to him or killing them.
