I stopped by earlier because I saw a sale banner outside the store. I went in and noticed all comic books were 50% off. I only bought one set: Bane Of The Demon 1-4 for $4 (I think I read a review for it and it looked interesting).

I'm a DC fan (mostly Batman and Superman) but haven't followed it closely in a while. What comic books do you guys suggest I pick up?

I'll probably go back there tomorrow and see what else they have.

Beach Ball Comics! I've been there a few times. I think their regular prices kinda suck, and 50% off just brings them down to "normal", so I doubt you're getting any great deals.

That said, if you haven't been getting recent Superman books, I'd recommend the past year (or less?) of Action, and all of All-Star Superman.
