My regulars (issues and trades):
DC: JSA, Green Arrow
Marvel: Exiles, Nova(If its anything like Annhilation), Irreedable Ant-Man
Image: Walking Dead, Invincible
Additional titles I check out because they look interesting (taken from my purchases this past month):
DC: 4
Marvel: 5
Marvel is doing pretty well, but I also tend to buy a lot of non-mainstream continuity titles. I no longer purchase anything like Avengers and X-Men now. Its all stuff outside of the constant giant continuity-cluge.

I'm not going to say anything silly like I'll buy the trade/issues from you if you don't like it, but I do think you'll enjoy it. Especially when you take into account your concerns about Marvel. It works a lot like Astonishing does really. A contained (mainly) story. I can't recommend it enough.
That said, I used to think Jemas was to blame for all of the potential Marvel woes. Guess I was wrong. I find myself anticipating DC books more than Marvel's. And, as I also mentioned in a weekly thread, during Brevoort's Civil War

Delays and crossovers aside, I don't think you can REALLY claim that this is the lowest point Marvel's sunk to in 30 years.. I mean c'mon, look back at some of the crap the 90's shoveled out (they just recently put out a Marvel Handbook for that era, and it's a little painful reliving some of the memories). I do think that Quesada is doing a good job business-wise... crossovers make money and thus they make sense, and I'm sure the trade collections of Civil War will make a mint. And by all accounts, Annihilation was a great event...
That said, I'm reading less Marvel than I ever have before... I used to be hooked on every X-title out there, and after taking a year or so off I couldn't make heads or tails of what was going on anymore (besides Astonishing). They pretty much "write for the trade" nowadays, so much so that I don't collect any monthly marvel titles.
But to say Quesada is a failure for not staying true to his principles as a fan? Like others have said before, he's a businessman, and he's reeling people in left and right. I remember there was another thread here that said that we deserve the current state of the comic book industry because we blindly support it. The small sample of fans here might be more selective, but until there's a huge backlash against crossovers, they'll continue to happen.

Reflecting on my Marvel purchases of late, I realized that I'm mostly buying the reprint tpb's like the classic Captain America & Falcon, Thor Eternal's Saga, Classic New Mutants, Champions, Black Panther, Omega the Unknown, etc. Also just bought Essentials like Ms. Marvel and Spectacular Spider-Man v.3. As for new stuff, I get the Punisher Max, Ultimate Spider-Man, Ultimate Fantastic Four hardcovers (Daredevil too if they ever publish any more). Not a lot of new Marvel turns me on right now.
