The Book of Mormon -- Now in handy comic book form!

Yes, this is for real.

It isn't being done by the Mormon Church, rather this is a series written and drawn by Mike Allred, fan-favorite comics book writer/artist (and Mormon) best known for his underground cult legend "Madman" and more recently, Marvel's "X-Force" and "X-Statix." The book is being published through Allred's own AAA Pop Comix company.

I'll be buying this. The artwork looks very nice, and I'm a huge fan of Allred's anyway.
