All the covers for these series of one shots are drawn by JH Williams. The interior is drawn by Ethan Van Sciver [creator of Cyberfrog, sometime artist of the X-Men & he's done work on Impulse too]. The art is actually quite good. Can't say the same about the story [written by Matt Nixon].
