Author With Same Title as Stephen King: Fans Buy Wrong Book
I'm Emily Schultz. My first novel came out eight years ago. It was called Joyland. Last year Stephen King released a print-only novel with the same title. That was cool, until a few King readers bought the e-book version of my novel by mistake and started leaving negative and confused Amazon reviews.

Did they think Emily Schultz was the new Richard Bachman?

What's really annoying is this asshole:
If it's not bad enough that he's trying to trick people into thinking he's the Stephen King, he's charging $4.99 for a story Amazon lists as 25 pages long.
I've seen people doing the same thing with Joe Hill, but it's easier to fall for it in that case because Hill has a bunch of short stories available singly on the Kindle.

I've enjoyed Joe Hill's books. Right now I'm reading NOS4A2 and I like it. I also recommend Hill's short story collection 20th Century Ghosts.
