Zombie Fans- anyone read Colson Whitehead's Zone One yet?
Just finished last night. It's short but very dense and introspective. Loved the writer's language and style and descriptiveness. The book is extremely nonlinear and you don't even start to get a full grasp of the primary character and his past until the last third of the book. Especially found humor in the reconstruction and corporation sponsorship idiocy. Some of that reminded me of Super Sad True Love Story if you have read that one. But this author, Colson Whitehead, never brand name drops imaginary or otherwise.
Anyway, I enjoyed it. Up there with World War Z for me as something genre bending and enhancing.

Just downloaded it last night. Haven't started it yet and won't until I finish Klosterman's Visible Man.
