I don't think he writes very well, but seems like a fast read so I'll likely stick it out. Feels like a YA novel to me, though I haven't seen it notated as such.

Finished:

Leonard Mlodinow's <b>The Drunkard's Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives</b>

<img src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/63/OurKindofTraitorCover.png">
John le Carré's <b>Our Kind of Traitor</b>

The first le Carré book I was able to finish (I found <b>A Most Wanted Man</b> easy to put down). Still open to checking out more of his work.

<img src="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41ZT5rIZvzL._SS500_.jpg">
P. G. Wodehouse's <b>The Crime Wave at Blandings</b>

My first Wodehouse story. I can see the appeal. Deeply hilarious.

<img src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/ac/BlackSwanGreen.jpg">
David Mitchell's <b>Black Swan Green</b>

This was my second David Mitchell book, and will ensure I continue to seek out his work.

Now reading:

<img src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/ab/Mapsleggy2.jpg">

Michael Chabon's <b>Maps and Legends</b> <i>(2008)</i>

Great collection of essays revolving around genre books, with a few welcome digressions. I know want to seek out <i>American Flagg!</i> and a dozen other books.

One of my favorite books. Michael Ruhlman could pick any subject and make a great book about it.

Adding these to my wishlist.

Finished Michael Chabon's Maps & Legends <i>(2008)</i>.

Now reading:

<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v34/Hobbitglomper/GoodOmens_MassMarketPaperback_11858.jpg">
Terry Pratchett & Neil Gaiman's <b>Good Omens</b> <i>(1990)</i>

I picked this up with excitement and it wasn't until I started reading it that I realized it was well over twenty years old. I'm deeply ashamed that I had not heard of it until now.

It's also the first mass-market paperback I have bought in well over a decade. I'm not a big fan of the format.

I enjoyed it quite a bit actually. A friend loaned it to me, and said it can be trudging if you translate all the latin that is in it. I decided not to worry too much about and thought it was a great read. It causes me to think about how our world is in comparison to things that go on in the book. Very cyclical.
