Re: what are you reading? (january 11)
Went to bed around 1 and started:

Back to the Batcave by Adam West with Jeff Rovin
West's style is pretty straightforward and the pace is fast; I made it to page 65 in a couple hours before deciding to stop and try to sleep. Given how difficult it is for me to concentrate enough to read while I'm (again) working on this obnoxious vitamin D deficiency, that's pretty impressive progress for me these days!

Finished The Sirens of Titan and The War for Late Night: When Leno Went Early and Television Went Crazy earlier this month, currently reading Blood Meridian (or the Evening Redness in the West). I'm also reading through the four Jack Kirby's Fourth World omnibus books.

And how was it?
I know I keep asking, but I value the opinions here. I've not been steered wrong once.

Stayed up late last night and finished Back to the Batcave by Adam West with Jeff Rovin. Reviewed here. Much easier going than Alec Guinness's A Positively Final Appearance, though how much of that is because I was more familiar with--and interested in--Batman and how much is my vitamin D level finally starting to normalize, I can't say.
I'm not sure what's next. I've bought several comic books lately, and was given a stack of old Green Lanterns by a friend, and might thumb through those for a bit before committing to another book.
