Is anything acid-free anymore?

In my perusals of hardbacks and trade paperbacks (admittedly a limited sample only from the SF/Fantasy section) it seems the percentage with acid-free paper (so proclaimed on the initial pages) is asymptotically close to zero. It used to be a lot higher. Are some actually acid-free but the publishers don't bother saying so, or are publishers so hard-up for profit they're sacrificing quality to get it?
