Re: What are you reading? (July 2009)

It's summer and I have time to read:

Just finished:

I Am A Strange Loop - Douglas Hofstadter

Currently Reading:

When I Grow Up - Juliana Hatfield
Great read so far. Interesting memoir even if you're not a huge Juliana Hatfield fan

On tap:

Blood of Elves (The Witcher) - Andrzej Sapkowski

Dead Until Dark - Charlaine Harris

Nobody else picked it as probably the most enjoyable on the Top fiction list in Book Sheep.

From what I read on the list, I preferred The Scarecrow over The Strain.

Still picking away at the Bruce Campbell book, but just finished:

Re: What are you reading? (July 2009)

Space Merchants is awesome. I really didn't like Wolfbane, another Pohl/Kornbluth collaboration, but Space Merchants and the Merchants War are both great. Pohl is one of my favorites, and Kornbluth's career )and life) were way too short.

Currently:

Death Masks, 4th in Harry dresden series
Treason, Orson Scott Card
