What's the name of this book? Disney and leadership.
There's many Disney leadership books but here's what I remember about it:
I DON'T think it has the word Disney in the title.
There's a discussion about how an employee will go up to the top boss and tell they're not wearing their nametag like they should.
They go into a discussion about how "When does the 2pm parade start?" is really not a stupid customer but rather you have to tune in to the real question: "When is a good time to get here to get good seats to the 2pm parade?"
